- Study Abroad in St. Petersburg -The Arts in Russia is an excursion-based program that teaches art history through the collections of St. Petersburg's famed museums. Browse the storage and restoration labs of the palatial Hermitage. Study the city of St. Petersburg as an artistic statement and as a reflection of history. Practice studio art, perform independent study, and/or intern with the Hermitage Youth Center! The art's in Russia! Russian as a Second Language (RSL) accepts all levels of students and offers add-on features such as homestays, internships, and independent study. Language as a Career is a practical course specifically designed to turn the language skills of intermediate and advanced speakers of Russian into professional tools. Direct Enrollment Options can enroll students in flexible short-term programs that can feature taking classes in Russian with Russian students and access to university materials and resources otherwise closed to the general public. These programs can also assist students in enrolling in degree-seeking programs at Russian universities.
