In addition to free resources such as our pages for encouraging effective marketing and advocacy for Russian programs, SRAS offers services for individuals and groups traveling to Russia.

Travel services for groups and educators:

We offer more than 10 years' experience in educational consulting, working with both individual students and groups. We endeavor to provide as much information as possible on this website and we supplement and update it continually - and we are always happy to answer questions.

We also offer an expert range of services to educators organizing group seminars and educational travel programs in Russia.  This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Visa support and processing
  • Budget accommodations (dormitories, hostels, B&Bs, hotels, home stay, etc.)
  • Transportation, including air, rail, and bus
  • Tour guides, including those for specialized topics
  • Lectures, seminars, and entrance to hard-to-access sites
  • Tickets to cultural and other events
  • Conference organization
  • Facilitated payment collection (by credit card) from participants
  • Consultation on itinerary and program development
  • Assistance in promoting your program
  • Emergency services
We pride ourselves on the level of customization we offer to students and educators - at affordable prices.  We have a strong network in both academia and the travel industry in Russia and by combining our resources with your own experience and input, the result is a unique experience for you and your students. We invite you to contact us with any questions or requests.

"Thank you very much for putting together an excellent program. I benefited enormously from the instruction I received at both VGIK and MGU -- the professors designed fascinating and challenging courses to suit my interests and needs -- and the staff at both locations were cordial, accommodating and went out of their way to help. It was a wonderful two months, and I learned a great deal."
