  1. Characteristics of Siberia’s historical development in the context of Russian history
  2. Earliest accounts of the Siberian khanate. Territory, borders, population, culture of the Siberian khanate
  3. Siberian khanate’s political and military contacts with the Russian state in the 16th century
  4. The Yermak Crusade (Sept. 1, 1581-Aug. 15, 1584). The Siberian khanate’s second conquest (1585-1598)
  5. Characteristics of the settlement of Siberia and North America in the 16th-18th centuries (parallels)
  6. The beginning of the history of Irkutsk
  7. Siberia’s assimilation during the era of Peter I
  8. Siberia’s assimilation in the second half of the 18th century
  9. The development of Russian-American companies
  10. Siberia’s development in the era of Alexander I. Annexation of the Amur River Region
  11. Siberian exile in the 17th-18th centuries. Decembrists in Siberian exile. Decembrists in Irkutsk
  12. First scientific expeditions. The Great Siberian Expedition. Expeditions of the second half of the 18th century through the first half of the 19th century
  13. Siberia’s territorial expansion in the second half of the 19th century (annexation of the Amur River Region and the Ussuri Region)
  14. Siberia’s development at the beginning of the 20th century. Stolypin reforms
  15. Characteristics of Siberia’s development up to World War II
  16. Siberia and Irkutsk during World War II
  17. Characteristics of the Siberian Region’s development in the second half of the 20th century
  18. Siberia’s role in the modern world: political, economic, and cultural aspects
