International Business Semester (IBS) is a full study abroad program sponsored by Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnic University and offered each spring semester. Taught in English by professors and businessmen from throughout St. Petersburg, the courses are designed for easy credit transfer. Russians also attend these courses, giving both groups a well-rounded, intercultural experience.
Included within this course are a number of case studies, discussions, and excursions as well as final "interdisciplinary project" where students will be expected to apply what they have learned to real-life situations.
