Russia abounds in educational opportunities. Which one(s) you chose is, of course, your choice and dependant on your goals. We at SRAS are here to advise you along the way, to put those opportunities within reach, and to help you realize the goals you set for yourself.

For enrolling in school in Russia you have several options, which may include SRAS:

1. Facilitated Programs: These often highly regimented programs are offered through a partnership or consortium between schools in Russia and abroad. While offering facilitated credit transfer supported by a university in your home country, they have limited program and location selection - and customizing a program can be very expensive. In some cases, programs depend on government grants, which can cause budget (and subsequent program) fluctuations. These are not always based on things like the "market" but rather on the political winds at the time.

2. Direct Enrollment: Contacting a Russian university directly is the least expensive option for standard programs, and for many students it is sufficient. You will find no difference in the quality of education, but may find issues with credit transfer, financial aid, travel logistics, and the ongoing support that can enhance your overall experience. You will also be assuming that the university and program you find - or that happens to answer your inquiry - is the best choice for you.

3. SRAS Enrollment: SRAS provides the widest range of opportunities, plus over 10 years experience in educational consulting. We offer several programs we have developed in conjunction with Russian universities, and can assist with enrollment in facilitated programs and direct enrollment options, all but eliminating their downsides. We personally visit our partner universities and explore the cities and regions of Russia. We’ve built relationships and a networks of contacts that help our students not only with academic programs, but also to travel, seek jobs, pursue hobbies, and more – and not only while in Russia, but long after the program ends.

In addition, SRAS offers several proud, unique features:

  • SRAS is dedicated to one region: a big region with tremendous respect for education.
  • SRAS is not financially supported by any government or other interest group. We are a private educational consulting company that is growing based on our reputation for service. Personalized, professional, and expedient service.
  • Our consultants have all studied in Russia. When you work with a SRAS consultant, you are working with an expert in the field with firsthand experience.
  • The heads of the international departments of Russia's top universities act as our advisors.
  • SRAS represents Russian universities in international markets. We work for them and for you to make a match.
  • SRAS has helped scores of students from dozens of universities study in Russia and attain credit from their home institution.
  • SRAS has offices in Boston and Moscow, with additional representatives in St. Petersburg and Irkutsk - providing the backbone to round-the-clock, yet behind-the-scenes, support for our students.

On behalf of our partner universities, we invite you to explore the many educational opportunities in Russia.
